How do I choose between Aphrodite, Hemera, and Inanna?
Each fragrance honors a different facet of the feminine:

Hemera is bright citrus aromatic — clarifying, energizing, clean. She is the goddess of daylight: the scent of a new beginning, a clear mind, an open window. If you want something that feels like a fresh start worn on your skin, Hemera is calling.
Inanna is a warm gourmand woods — deep, complex, transformative. She is the queen who descended and returned changed. If you are drawn to dark woods, warmth, and a scent that evolves throughout the day, Inanna is yours.
When in doubt, order the sample set and let your body decide. Fragrance is not chosen — it is recognized.
What is the difference between a sample and a full-size bottle?
Our samples allow you to live with a fragrance for several days before committing to a full bottle — which is exactly how we recommend experiencing any new scent. Samples are a smaller format of the same formula, the same quality, the same care. Nothing is diluted or altered.
What are your fragrances made from?
Echo & Aether fragrances are composed of ethically sourced natural materials — fine essential oils and natural resins — alongside carefully selected contemporary aroma molecules chosen for their safety, sustainability, and expressive beauty. We prioritize ingredients that perform with elegance and wear cleanly on the skin.
Are your fragrances safe for sensitive skin?
Our formulas are crafted with skin safety in mind. However, all fragrances — natural or synthetic — have the potential to cause reactions in sensitive individuals. We recommend applying to a small area first and allowing time to observe any response. If you have known fragrance sensitivities or allergies, please reach out to us before purchasing and we can share detailed ingredient information.
How long does a bottle last?
With moderate daily use, a full-size 50 ml bottle typically lasts 3–6 months. Fragrance longevity on skin varies based on skin type, hydration, and application. Applying to moisturized skin or pulse points generally extends wear.
How long will the scent last on my skin?
Our fragrances are formulated for presence without being overwhelming. Most wearers experience 4–8 hours of wear, with base notes lingering longer. Skin chemistry, temperature, and humidity all affect longevity — which is part of what makes a fragrance your own.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes. Gift wrapping is available at checkout. Each package is prepared with care befitting a sacred offering — because that is what it is.
Orders & Shipping
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched. See our full Shipping Policy for details.
Do you ship internationally?

Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate changes. Once an order enters fulfillment, we are unable to make modifications.
I received the wrong item / my order arrived damaged. What do I do?

Echo & Aether is a contemporary niche fragrance house founded in Los Angeles by perfumer Ilona J. Perry. Drawing from archaeology, mythology, and the long history of goddess-centered cultures, we create small-batch fragrances that explore atmosphere, memory, and feminine identity through scent. Each fragrance is an atmospheric expression — not a literal character study, but a felt sense, a portal, a remembering.
